Italian Pasta Primavera

A satisfying and healthy pasta dish

A super simple yet delicious tasting Italian pasta dish to add to your repertoire. It only takes 20 minutes to cook this Italian favorite. Enjoy!


Here's what you will need:

- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can of Cannellini beans


- 1 bag of frozen vegetables of choice:
Spinach, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots, Asparagus, etc (1 lb)


- Whole Grain Pasta of choice (1 lb)
- Italian Spice Mix to taste

How to make Italian Pasta Primavera:

Step 1

Cook & drain pasta.

Step 2

While pasta is cooking, place all other ingredients into large pot and heat to a simmer.

Step 3

Mix pasta together with the tomato and vegetable mix.

Step 4

Top with fresh parsley or basil.
