Quick Chocolate Chia Pudding

Makes 2 servings

Here's what you will need:

- 1 cup unsweetened soymilk(or milk of choice)
- 1⁄2 packed cup pitted dates (about 12-15 deglet dates)

- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Pinch of sea salt

How to make Quick Chocolate Chia Pudding:

Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and puree for one minute or until smooth. Chill for 30 minutes or until cold and firm. Enjoy! This recipe is easily doubled and keeps well for up to one week when refrigerated.
